Hindustan Electric House introduces ' E-ZEE CUT ' Gasket Cutting Machine, a lightweight, cost effective, rugged & portable machine for fabricating circular gaskets from 2"- 42" diameter in CAF, Rubber & Neoprene materials upto 3.2mm thickness.

The machine comes with a range of standard & optional accessories and is manually operated & practically maintenance free, making it a cost effective & high utility tool for process industries.

The machine cuts 2" - 22" Circular gaskets through a Calibrated Bar provided as standard fitment (ALONG WITH MACHINE) and 22" - 42" gaskets with the help of an Optional (AT EXTRA COST) Calibrated Center Bar.

A set of Hole Saw Cutters is provided as standard accessories (accessory – ALONG WITH MACHINE) to drill Stud Holes from 1/2" - 1-3/4" once the Outer & Inner Diameter have been cut by the gasket cutter. Hole Saw Cutters are mounted on a electric hand drill or bench drill for drilling stud holes.

Additional STANDARD FITMENT (ALONG WITH MACHINE) free accessories viz: Laminated Flange Tables to IS, ANSI & DIN standards, Laminated Operation & Maintenance manuals, Cutter Remover & Alignment Key etc., are also provided.

Cutting blade is the only replaceable part & manufactured from Alloy Steel & hardened for long life.

' E - ZEE CUT ' is an efficiency multiplier for any industry and an ideal alternative to manual gasket cutting, ensuring lesser downtown on replacing gaskets in pipelines & valves.
